Established in 2002, Cracovia Marathon is an annual competition featuring professional athletes and amateurs. The race is being finished by over 3000 participants each year.

Traditionally the marathon starts on the historical Main Square and its route leads through the most significant points of the Krakow’s Old Town since it is organized as “the run with historical background.”
