Warsaw - the capital of Poland and the nations largest city. Warsaw is home to approx 3.3million inhabitants and is located on the Wisla River (the same river that flows through Krakow) in the approx geographical center of the country. Rougly some 370km to the north of Warsaw is the Baltic Sea and the approx. the same distance south, you will find the Carpathian Mountains, which mark the border between Poland and its neigbour Slovakia.

The Warsaw day tour begins with a pickup from your accommodation by your guide for the day. From here you are ferried to the train station to catch the spacious and comfortable Inter City Express (ICE) train to Warsaw. From your train seat you will glimpse the sights of country Poland and get a feel for the rural areas, terrain and forests that make up the heartland of Poland. On your arrival in Warsaw we will visit the of the main tourist attractions.
